We grow our organic avocados in Valencia, around the Pego-Oliva Marsh Natural Park. The season begins with Bacon in November and continues with Hass from December, always according to ripeness and availability.

When does the Bacon avocado season begin?
Bacon opens our season in November. The precise date depends on ripeness and availability in each season.
When is the Hass avocado available?
Hass begins in December and usually continues until approximately March–April. These are seasonal references, not guaranteed dates.
What makes our harvesting to order different?
We do not harvest for storage. We pick to order and send directly from the farm, linking harvesting to demand and actual availability.
Where do we grow our avocados?
On our own farm in Valencia, around the Pego-Oliva Marsh Natural Park, using organic growing methods.
