Purpose and terms of use
This website presents the Furia Selección brand, origin and products; enables users to request reservations or availability alerts; facilitates professional registration, access and contact and the management of professional orders; provides an assistance service; and contains links to external services such as Amazon, WhatsApp or Issuu. Access entails lawful and diligent use that respects third-party rights.

External links and liability
Links to Amazon, WhatsApp, Issuu, Frutas Furia or other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Opening them requires an action by the user and, from the moment the user leaves this website, the terms and policies of the destination service apply. We review the links, but do not continuously control their content, availability or changes.
Privacy
Controller and scope
The data controller is Furia Selección S.L., NIF B22829865, with registered address at Avda. La Safor, 6, Bellreguard, and email address info@furiaseleccion.com. This policy applies to data voluntarily provided by the user by email, telephone, proprietary forms, the Professional Area or the assistance service.
General and professional contact
When the user submits an enquiry or requests commercial contact, identity, company, country or city, email address, telephone number, products of interest, expected volume or frequency, logistics method and message content may be processed. They are used to answer the enquiry, assess a possible commercial relationship and manage the requested contact.
Professional registration and account
A professional access request may include first name, surname, company, sector or company type, NIF/CIF/DNI, email address, telephone number, commercial interests and password. The password is not stored in readable text, but as a security hash. These data are used to review the request, manage the account, authenticate access, display private rates and administer the professional relationship. Access is subject to manual validation and only active accounts may enter the private area.
Professional access and session
Access to the private area uses a technical cookie called FURIA_PRO_SESSION, which is necessary to authenticate the session and protect private content. It is a session cookie with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes and is configured as Secure when access takes place over HTTPS. The account loses access if its status becomes pending, suspended or revoked.
Professional orders
To manage a professional order, account data, requested products and quantities, amounts, order statuses and applicable logistics conditions may be processed. The purpose is to process the request, validate and manage the order, invoicing, logistics, after-sales service, compliance with legal obligations and the management or defence of possible claims.
Reservations, alerts and batches
Reservation or alert forms may collect name, email address, optional telephone number, product or variety, source page, date and evidence of consent. They are used exclusively to manage the reservation, availability alert or contact relating to the requested season or batch. This acceptance does not constitute general consent for commercial communications unrelated to that request.
ASISTENCIA and AI processing
ASISTENCIA is an optional service: interaction begins only when the user chooses to open it and send a message. It allows free text to be entered in order to receive information about Furia Selección. We recommend not including unnecessary personal data or sensitive information. When the artificial intelligence function is enabled, the text needed to respond may be processed by OpenAI as a technology provider through a proprietary endpoint. The integration requests that responses not be stored by using the store: false option.
Security and abuse prevention
To protect forms, accounts and technical services, connection data, including the IP address, may be processed temporarily and technical identifiers may be generated using a hash. Their purpose is to limit abusive use, prevent unauthorised access and maintain service security.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing and the relationship with the user, the legal bases may be specifically requested consent, steps taken prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interests relating to security, abuse prevention and the defence of claims. The final determination of each legal basis must be legally validated before production.
Retention
Enquiries, reservations, professional applications, accounts, orders, invoicing documentation, security records and data associated with ASISTENCIA will be retained for as long as necessary for their purpose and subsequently for the periods required by law or needed to address possible liabilities. They will not be retained indefinitely without a purpose or legal basis that justifies doing so.
When a professional requests account closure, access will be deactivated and unnecessary operational credentials will no longer be retained. Documentation that must be kept for legal, tax or accounting obligations, contract management, security, fraud prevention, order history or the defence of claims may be retained.
Recipients and necessary services
Personal data are not sold. Providers required for hosting, email, technical support or ASISTENCIA processing may have access under the relevant conditions and safeguards, as may public authorities where there is a legal obligation. Links to Amazon, WhatsApp and Issuu lead to third-party environments only when the user chooses to open them. By using WhatsApp, the user accesses an external service subject to its provider's terms and policies.
Rights
The user may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@furiaseleccion.com and specifying the right they wish to exercise. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Status of the current version
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and proprietary advertising or personalisation cookies have not currently been detected. No consent panel is displayed because this version does not yet offer preferences for non-essential technologies.
Proprietary technical technologies
- FURIA_PRO_SESSION: session cookie required to authenticate and protect the Professional Area. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, lasts for the session and is Secure when HTTPS is used.
- Restricted administrative session: technical technology required to protect access to the internal management of reservations; it is not intended for the general visitor.
- sessionStorage: temporary storage used to remember during the session whether the cinematic introduction has already been shown.
External resources and services
Fonts are currently requested from Google Fonts through the domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This external technical load occurs when pages using those fonts are opened and must be reviewed before production.
Amazon, WhatsApp and Issuu are opened only when the user clicks their links; no SDK, iframe or automatic transmission associated with those links has been detected. From that moment, the policies and terms of the destination service apply. ASISTENCIA contacts OpenAI only when the service is enabled and the user sends a message.
Future changes
Before analytics, advertising, embedded videos or other non-essential technologies are added, a technical inventory will be carried out. Where appropriate, options to accept, reject and configure will be offered simultaneously and with equal prominence before non-exempt cookies are installed.
Purchases and returns
Public purchase on Amazon
Public purchases of extra virgin olive oil and honey are directed to Amazon through clearly identified links. For those transactions, the user must check the actual seller, total price, taxes, availability, format, delivery and applicable terms on the destination product page. Those orders are processed within the Amazon environment in accordance with the information shown before the purchase is confirmed.
Avocado: season, reservations and alerts
Avocado is a seasonal product with limited availability. Reservation, pre-reservation or alert forms allow users to express an interest and receive availability information, but do not involve online payment or in themselves guarantee acceptance of an order, an exact date or supply throughout the year.
Availability may depend on the season, stock, volume, ripeness, condition of the farm, harvesting, weather conditions and other objective circumstances that may temporarily prevent or delay preparation.
Right of withdrawal and food products
For purchases made on Amazon, the information provided by the seller, the service terms and the applicable legislation will apply. Whether the right of withdrawal and any exceptions to it apply, including those relating to certain perishable foods or unsealed products for health or hygiene reasons, must be assessed according to the specific product and transaction.
Professional Area terms
Professional access. Access is restricted to applications manually validated by Furia Selección. Rates are private and are displayed only to active accounts. Acceptance of a professional account does not require acceptance of every order request.
Request and acceptance. The professional submits an order request. Furia Selección reviews availability and the applicable terms and confirms the order when it can fulfil it. Submitting the request does not constitute automatic acceptance.
Availability. Acceptance and preparation are subject to actual availability, stock, season, volume, production and operational validation. They may also be affected by logistics incidents, force majeure or other objective causes that reasonably prevent or delay service.
Payment. The standard condition is payment before the order is prepared. Credit is not granted automatically; any special terms must be agreed individually. Once payment has been confirmed and the product is available, preparation and subsequent dispatch will begin.
Avocado. It is a seasonal product with limited availability. Its preparation may also depend on ripeness, the condition of the fruit and the farm, the available volume, the feasibility of harvesting and weather conditions. Year-round supply and a delivery date are not guaranteed until actual confirmation. Transport is not included and is quoted separately according to destination, volume and logistics method.
Extra virgin olive oil and honey. The specific avocado conditions relating to season, ripeness or harvesting do not apply to them. Under the standard professional terms, transport is included and estimated delivery is 24–48 hours from confirmation of payment, without prejudice to logistics incidents or reasonable external causes.
Invoicing. Invoices will be issued using the information provided by the professional and in accordance with the applicable obligations.
Professional cancellations
The professional may request cancellation before preparation begins, but it must be confirmed by Furia Selección. Cancellation may not be possible if preparation has already begun, specific harvesting has taken place, costs have been incurred, transport has been contracted or specific commitments have been made to fulfil the order. No automatic penalty is established; each case will be reviewed according to its status and circumstances.
Incidents, defective products and claims
An incident must be reported to Furia Selección as soon as possible after receipt, identifying the order or batch and explaining what happened. Where useful, photographs or other evidence may be requested for review. Depending on the case and once the incident has been verified, a replacement, credit, return or other appropriate solution may be agreed, without this implying an identical automatic response in every situation.
Future direct public sales
There is currently no proprietary B2C payment process. If Furia Selección subsequently enables direct consumer payments, it must publish and validate the applicable contractual terms before making the service available, including information on characteristics, final prices, taxes, payment, delivery, availability, guarantees, withdrawal, incidents and returns.
Accessibility
Commitment to improvement
Furia Selección works to ensure that its content can be perceived, understood and used on different devices and with assistive technologies. The design prioritises contrast, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, alternative text and adaptation to small screens.
Reporting a difficulty
If you encounter a barrier or need to receive content in another format, you can write to info@furiaseleccion.com, specifying the page and the difficulty encountered.
